Termination of contract & exit warning

Dears ,

Kindly advise my employer terminated contract before expiry in 7months with 1 month notice period, now after 40days of termination I couldn't find proper job and my employer is forcing to take transfer within 1 week else he will make exit also I have car on my name.

Firstly, your employee couldnot make final exit as long as you have any properties as your car in Ksa so you have to sell it at first so he can make final exit otherwise he cannot so donot be afraid keep searching for new role/opportunity and donot care about his threaten

Let's share more details about your filed of experience.If Allah bless you will get the job asap. But do your best from your end.

Find a job as soon as possible.

Or at least get a transfer.

Don't listen to anyone.

Your kafeel could and can do anything with your visa, beyond your imaginations if he/she gets angry or persuasion in any way.

@maqsoodeng Hi, This is to inform if you have a signed electronic contract with your employer, then they cannot terminate your contract till expiry. If they will do that, they have to pay the rest of their salaries. If your case is like this, i will recommend registering a complaint on the Ministry of HR website.

Not really.  You are referring to termination without cause.

They can terminate the contract without needing to pay, depending on reasons e.g.

1) Position is being localized

2) Contract terminated during probation

3) Playing dirty i.e. asking you to transfer to a remote location and you refused

4) You are absent from work - which is theoretically the case with you right now

@Amerali how about my electronic contract already expired, but im still working in my current employee,then last week he told me that they will give me an exit visa because of saudizaton..do they compensate my remaining months on my contracts?

So employer they isue immediately final exit visa
