Dataflow discrepancy

Good day. Can anyone enlighten me, I had my data flow for my education wayback 2013. I keep on checking while Im still in ksa and still on process. I left ksa for final exit in 2016 and the result of my data flow is still on process until i checked in 2017 and the result is discrepancy. Is it possible to file an appeal of reverification now or just make new dataflow application?

2Q: will my old dataflow affect my new application?? Please help me..
