Dear Hassan

1) the Nearest place is Dammam Iskan area or near the Football Statium
peoples always like to live in khobar because of Pakistani Area in Khobar Shumalia if you are a pakistani or indian
2) The transport is a taxi either single or sharing depands on you how much you will bear the rent (3 to 4 Riyal for sharing and around 15 to 20 riyal in single)
3) For single person the living cost is around 1000 to 1200 (housing + food + taxi), but with family of 2 persons you need around 3000 (housing + Food + taxi)

dammam is cheap for living
khobar Shumalai and Khobar Akrabia areas are little expensive
khobar Tuqba is cheep but it is little far from industrial zone area as compaired to khobar shumalia and akrabia
