*The insurance my family getting while visa stamping time will cover the expenses or not? bcz it says only in case of emergancy.
*Can i get a medical insurance fr my family here on my own during visit visa or no.

Delivery is possible but the insurance will not cover those expenses.  And you cannot get insurance for them with Saudi coverage without an Iqama.  And even if you could, for individuals, maternity benefits have a waiting period of up to a year before the insurance company pays out anything.
