No you have answer incorrect, question is if someone having House driver visa but he din't got Driver's license here, can he go on Vacation & come back on same visa?? Or he need to get License before travel as per new rules.

Do you have the exit/re-entry visa ?? If yes, then you can travel. And which new rules you are talking about. They change here every moment.

Some one is telling those who have house drivers profession on Iqama  & doesn't have driving license, can't go on vacation after 25th Jul 2017

If Police catch they'll fine but cannot go on vacation only option is Final Exit, is it true?

After final exit. When come back in saudi with new iqama , Still DL is valid which is not expired?

Your drivers license is connected with your Iqama , if you issue a new Iqama completely then the drivers license you got on hand is invalid.

Visit the place where they issue the drivers licenses , and show them the license you got , best case scenario they’ll just issue you a new card as per your new Iqama, worst case scenario you gotta do the 5 days classes and test and then get your new license.
