transfer the car from NCB autolease to customer?

I completed my installment in NCB autolease and submitted request to transfer vehicle to my name 1 week before but until now the car is not transferred....

Can anyone have knowledge how much time they require to transfer the vehicle to owner name?

Appreciate your feedback in this regard.

If you have completed all the premiums related to the car
They will be transferred in your name
within 3 days or as specified in the contract

Mr. Good day

I have an outstanding balance with my car, the CO. Took the car as I was about to transfer kafeel my iqama was blocked, I've talked to the Co. And I'm willing to pay but in 2 months time.. It was handled now by makamah. I was about to transfer kafeel. How can I file my promissory note to makamah that I will pay my balance in 2 months time to be able to open my iqama and to do nakel kafala so that I can work and pay all my obligations... Pls help thnx
