Dear Members
I would like to know about final exist that my uncle is going to go on final exist from Saudi Arabia, so is it possible for him to come back ASAP?

He can come back after final exit on a new work visa.聽 I don't know what you mean by ASAP - he can come as quickly as it takes for his employer to issue him a new work visa.

I wanted to confrim regarding final exist an authentic information, that's why I posted to know. If you share any official link it would be better for me for further clarification.

What do you mean by official notification?聽 there is nothing posted on any government website - this is Saudi

What I can tell you for a fact is that if you exit Saudi on a FINAL EXIT visa, you can immediately apply for a new work visa with another employer.聽 Just make sure to have a copy of your final exit visa and just in case, NOC from previous sponsor.聽 Also you must not be overage i.e. above 60.聽 If you are over age, then don't do final exit and just do an Iqama transfer.
