Husband came to saudi Arabia under his wife sponsorship, now he got Job.I want to ask how to transfer iqama from husband to new employer or company

Your sponsor should help you with that.聽 Keep in mind that there is no straight transfer from dependent to work visa.聽 In all probability, you will have to exit KSA, go to your home country and follow the process for the work visa i.e. degree attestation, medical and so on.
