The below message is for the information and the below rules for the year 2020

Get the appointment for Jawazat office and carry the below candidate documents
which are聽 required for doing Fassal IQAMA(MUQHEEM) (Separate IQAMA for Son/Daughter)

1.聽聽聽聽Completed Fassal Form (Get the completed Fassal Form from Agent)
2.聽聽聽 1 passport size picture
3.聽聽聽聽Passport original & copy (Take parents passport originals & copies)
4.聽聽聽 IQAMA (MUQHEEM) original & copy (Take parents passport originals & copies)
5.聽聽聽 Birth Certificate聽 original聽 & copy
6.聽聽聽 School Certificate original & copy

Must do the dependent separation before the expiration of iqama, otherwise the iqama of the head of the family can't be renew.
