hey there,

i am working for my employer on a one year contract. however, i have heard it isn't easy to work for another saudi employer when leaving, for two reasons.

a) it's difficult to get a 'final exit visa'
b) it's also tough to get a letter of no objection.

there are ways around (a). but is (b) still required these days or do you have to wait for a time period before applying for another job in the Kingdom?

there is no need noc and you can join any other company after exit
