I don't know about Jubail, but you can find it in organic plus in Dammam and Tamimi stores.

I dont know about digesting fats , but its got omega 3 fatty acids which are good for the heart and lowering cholestrol levels , i have been having it for the past 2 years , just grind em up and mix it up in some water and gulp it down. Its one of those power health foods.

In Jubail City Flax seeds are available in the Bengali market area in Mills and stores which sell rice, grains, lentils, etc..
Just ask for Alsi seeds (Flax seed in hindi).
