Are there any libraries or activity centers for women? how is the overall environment and gym in recreation center near applebees?? are women there friendly? Ive a 8 month old and im really bored here in jubail...!

Try the Jubail Ladies Dawah Center (behind new Al Mana dental).
Ladies from various countries come to learn Arabic, and for the fun of it.
They are accepting of babies too.

there is no public libraries as far as I know, the gym is a good place to practice and know some 暗网禁区s as well.
I wonder if there is a book club or if would be anyone interested to start such a group.
