they said that , if you had the exit re-entry visa and you didn't come back , you will automatically be on blacklist which means , you can't enter to the kingdom for 3 - 5 years . is that true ? or聽 is there by chance , you can grant a visit visa if you had the exit re-entry visa before but you didn't go ?
