Hi all,

I hope you are having a good day. I have seen several posts similar to my situation, but most of the threads were last active in 2024.

I am moving to Riyadh from London by the end of this year and I am currently building my list and contacts for compounds and apartments for long-term rent.

My office will be based in Al Malqa, so ideally I am looking for something within a 40-minute drive. The compound responses I am getting so far average around 124k+ SAR for a 1-bedroom and 145k+ SAR for a 2-bedroom. I feel like this is on the higher end. I watched some Arabic YouTube interviews where people mentioned compound living starting at around 70k SAR, which was described as already on the higher side.

If you have any tips, lists, or contacts that could help, I would be very grateful.
