Hai All,

I want to know how /what is procedure to change from my present company which is Under RED category .

I got one offer from A green category company..but my present management not allow me to do so.

Since 3 years i am working with the present company.

So please advise me...

hi joy hope u r doing well.if ur company is in red zone.u dun have to take the permission frm them.just tell ur new sponsor if they are in green they can easily transfer u on their company.Labour office will force them to realese ur passport thi is new law.

But if my present company have any rights to keep me with them?
because i am sure they will not send me....so my new sponser need to talk to them?

you welcome man.no your company dun have any right to stop you.your new company have to go Ministry of labour and tell that they want you and u in red zone.they will force ur current sponsor .for any more query ask me
