Hello Friends !!

Well I've been reading many articles on Lemon Juice & its effects especially if taken early morning & before breakfast.. Today was my first day for this recipe.. Most probably results to be noticed after a month.. Could any one tell me their first hand experience if they have used it.. Also any other magic potions to have some effects on the bellyÌý :D

I'm currently going for 2 hours aerobic session in Jubail, So burning of cal's through work out's is under process.. Pls. let me know if any of you have some secrets to share..

I got this to share with all : Start your day with lemon juice This is one of the best therapies to eliminate belly fat. Pinch some yellow juice into a glass of warm waterand add some salt to it. Continue drinking this every morning to boost your metabolism and to get rid of that paunch.

Eat raw garlic Chew two to three cloves of garlic every morning, and drink a glass of lemon water after that. This treatment will double up your weight loss process and make your blood circulation smooth in your body.

Garlic, Lemon,Tomatoes,Strawberry and chillies are good to burn fat in body. As for lemon, i could say it is very good to kill or prevent cancer.

One of the good habits everyone must maintainÌý :top: It does yield cleansing, fat-burning and cancer protection benefits.

It won't work magic unless you go for the world famous formula called 'lemonade diet'. Basically that's all about just living on lemon juice + maple syrup + water for a few days [Consult your doctor before kicking off & google for more details].

I'd prefer Honey+Cinnamon combination over lemon in the way how you're planning it. That works wonders.

But do remember it's necessary to be equally keen on:
- Minimum possible sugar consumption - zero out if possible
- A blunt no to junk food
- Regular cardio
- Avoiding common mistakes we all do - e.g., milk products consumption after say 6pm, late night snacks, cheese cravings.

Yes indeed lemon in hot water early in the morning is really good to reduce your weight,Ìý add some honey as well into this cup of lemon juice,Ìý you will definitely feel the difference, I have a good experience :)

Thanks mate.. I was using lemon with a pinch of salt.. will try with honey also..

I have been seeing people talk about this lemon in hot water first thing in the morning for years on the Internet.Ìý But I have never seen any scientific study to substantiate the claims, whether for reducing fat, eliminating 'toxins', or whatever.Ìý Whenever I ask people about it, it always goes back to an email forward they received, and this is how this urban legend propagates, through email forwards.

Who came up with this idea?Ìý On what basis?Ìý Where is this person now?Ìý How did s/he know this works for whatever they say it works?

Why first thing in the morning?Ìý Why not later in the day?Ìý Why warm water?Ìý What exactly does warm lemon water do in the body to achieve those magical effects?Ìý I have never heard from anybody who tried it and had any noticeable effects on their body.Ìý Has there any study been done about this?

Fruits and vegetables are very good for you, and everybody should incorporate more of them in their diet.Ìý But ascribing magical properties to a certain fruit taken in a certain way at a certain time of the day... sorry, I don't believe in those email forwards (MOST of which are fake, especially the ones surrounding the topic of science and Islam) unless there is some source of the info also included in the email, which is hardly ever the case.

Guy's... I've started the lemon formula...Ìý :( ... All physical dataÌý :DÌý prior to the start has been noted...

Will update all of you on the 1st of Feb 2014... One month from now..

Let the bubble keep on growing until the 1st of Feb.. which is when i shall burst open the results..

I am trying the lemon daily now by adding a whole lemon into a 1.5 litre bottle of water and refrigerating it and drinking it throughout the day..i'm hoping to see positive effects soon. :)

I suppose it should be warm water.. Had no idea about refrigerated water..Ìý Have you checked about this ? do let me know..

I am drinking warm lemon juice every morning before I eat for more than 3 months now. I lost weight though I'm not that fat. Especially on my belly. I got more radiant skin
. And my skin is firmer. It has a lot of benefit. Or drink it as often as you can. It's very healthy.

It will be even more effective if you drink it with 1 table spoon of honey on empty stomach at least 30 minutes before breakfast.
