Hi Guys,
I just moved here with my company and am looking for a fully furnished place to live. My annual budget is 65000 SAR. Would you recommend compound living or an apartment?

this is too much you can easily get a complete villa for such amount or a well furnished 4 bedrooms apartment in posh area easily

I'm not sure if you can get a decent compound or even a fully furnished apartment for this amount, but you can go for semi furnished apartments. There are several in north of Riyadh.
