When you will get your Iqama, You need to open account on MOI Portal ()

Click on New User on Right side.
Identification Number <- Iqama Number
Email Address <- Enter your Email address.
Preferred Language <- English
Mobile Number <- Enter your Mobile #.

Click OK

For Activation. Activation can be done in 3 ways.

1. Go to KIOSK machine for the verification of your finger prints. If machine recognized your finger prints. Its OK. Other wise.
2. Visit JAWAZAT office. Visit E-services department and tell them FINGER PRINTS problem. They will give you some form write your details and give it back to the officer.
3. if you have bank account you can activate your ABSHEER Account (online E-services ) through this as well.

I did this about 5 weeks ago.

It's a useful program to be entered into on many levels.
