Hello 暗网禁区 Group,

Hope you are fine and ready to welcome me and my Family to Riyadh

I have accepted offer from a manufacturing company in Riyadh and will be coming soon 2-3 months. The manufacturing facility in South of Riyadh, New Industrial Area, Near ISKAN.

I want to look for a place, apartment 2BR, or in a small compound near this place. My needs are to have minimum commute between home and office and a good school nearby.

Need your help - as all the places in general I am trying to look for are in Center/North of the city.

I invite you to check out rentals from our Housing in Riyadh section of the forum. You may as well drop an advert there to better spread the word and increase chances to find an interesting rental.

thanks - will have a detailed look on it.

Anyhow, are there are good serviced apartments available for 2-3 months. The idea is that I stay in serviced apartment for 2-3 months, even if it costs high, while I am able to find the right place.

Dear, your strategy is ideal. The location of your work is just outside of southern Riyadh. I believe you can get good accommodation nearby in generally less cost as compared to other areas in Riyadh.

Schools are generally around north, East and central Riyadh. However once here you can arrange your accommodation accordingly.

I am from Karachi as well and living here with a small family for more than a decade. Feel free to ping me with whatever help you need.
