Arabian Homes Riyadh with Aramco

Hi. My family and I are in Riyadh now for +4 years, living in one off the older compounds on the West side of Riyadh. Very clean and quiet area. BUT, I want to move into a compound that has smaller villas and more options to choose. My husband is with Aramco and Arabian Homes is one of the compounds they offer in the accommodations.聽 I would like to know from families that have moved from other villas whether Arabian Homes is better or same. Bearing in mind that I do want a smaller villa but not an ancient one though. Do they renovate villas ?

We have two daughters, teen and pre-teen.

Hi

I would like to know about a compound near the STC for a reasonable price with 2 bedrooms? and if it is close to a school or has a school inside for a 3 year old kid even better.
