Work visit visas and work

whoopsy

Hi
So I teach English at a university. They promised me an iqama 4 years back I never got one, I'm still on this working visit visa thing.
I want to leave. What are my rights? Is this even legal for my company to do? There is no job security I feel like they can send me away and cancel my visa at anytime
I don't like this insecurity.

Can anybody help me with some good places to work which offer iqamas?

If you have your passport, get your last salary and leave. You can buy your own plane tickets. No need to tell them (employer). Keep your plan to yourself.

Four years, why you stayed that long? Think about it.

Unfortunately you can not transfer to another employer with a visit visa. Only °µÍø½ûÇøs with valid residence visa can transfer to another company.

No I don't have a problem with the company or any other issues its just the uncertainty that bugs me other than that I'm happy here. I have no complaints
