Is it possible to transfer Iqama if sponsor's status is in red color?
Hi,
My current sponsor's nitaqat status is in Red color and also CR has expired, last week my company has started to process my transfer till now it is "under review". Today the concern person in my company called the MOL and they said that my current sponsor need to accept my transfer. We thought that my Iqama transfer will happen without current sponsor's acceptance as nitaqat is in red color. I called current sponsor he is asking money and I don't know what to do 
any advise or help would be very much appreciated
Edit: My iqama will expiry after two months. My colleagues are saying that do not give money wait until iqama expiry then transfer will be hassle free
