Aqari file a case against me for remaining contract payment

Hi everyone

Actually i need help if any body have same experience.i took 3 rooms for company workers and aqari made contract on my iqama through absher.the workers lived there for six months and i paid rent for six months then baldiya came and give warning to our workers to leave the building bcz that area is not for company workers and that area is only for families.so we leave the building and informed aqari but now aqari file a case against me and blocked my banks account and put travel ban on my iqama bcz
of pending rent as per complete agreement .now my family is coming on visit visa their visas already stamped before my aqari case.

So my question is can my family enter in saudia as there is aqari case on my iqama and how can i get free of this aqari case??

Yes they can. As long as they got the visa, it has nothing to do with your iqama and violation issues. Even if you get an exit reentry or final exit, their visa will be valid and treated independently.
