I am lebanese, seeking to start a small business in turkey, I hope the community members who had previous experiences in this area, can assist me on the requirements, any recommendations for trusted attorney who can streamline the registration of the company.

Yet I didnt confirm the location and the material procurement, so If anyone can assist me on the implementation side, I appreciate it.

In this link i have found that any foreign who wants to start a business here should be living at least for 5 years here with residency. Of course it is an amateur look. Finding a foreign who is living here for 5 years and accepting he/she as an ofiicial partner may help. For all these i recommend you to find a consulting company or to search online so much. Of course you can come here as a tourist and see everything here, i also hear some people without doing business without work permit of course but i do not recommend that.
