Dear Ahmedkhan12, I hope you are well. In regards to bringing your parents over to stay from Pakistan (I assume that is where you are from) the best thing to do is put their names on the Tapu (Title Deed). As home co-owners, they will be eligible for a 2 year residence permit which needs to be renewed after 2 years, and so on. After 5 years (providing they have been staying in Turkey and have not been out of the country for more than 360 days) all of you will be eligible to apply for Turkish Citizenship. I must emphasize the word 'eligible' as it is for the Turkish Government to decide if they want to grant you Turkish Citizenship.
