It would be best to contact Turkish Govt run Investment Support and Promotion Agency. They would be able to give you accurate information pertaining especially to legal and financial matters.聽

Also, it would be advisable to avoid random individuals with a plethora of 'information' and 'help' especially.

You can see the requirements for establishing different entity types through the below link;

As you can also see it, this one is an official page run by government agencies which means the content should be the best online source by far.

And i believe big4 companies(deloitte, pwc, ey and kpmg) domiciled in Turkey offer wide range of consultancies in terms of establishing a legal entity, just fyi.
