I am planning to move to Istanbul in a couple of years and am looking to purchase a home. I am comparing areas like Kartal, Pendik, and Beylikduzu. I appreciate any feedback about these places.

@hsassy75 Good luck, I hate mega cities and Istanbul is in an area for possible earth quakes (having said that wht Istanbul is hit, the whole country is hit)

I live quietly in Alanya (Mahmutlar). low crime, enough restaurants, shops (for my wife). We do not even have a car.
