How do you know it's not a SCAM???

First - Is this a job you applied for and sent a CV to? Or, maybe you just got an unsolicited e-mail? If you just got the job offer by e-mail then it's 100% a scam. Nobody sends out job offers by e-mail to unknown people.

What is the e-mail address your contact person has and what is the "official" / real website of the company? If you know the URL of the company website then a legitimate e-mail from within that company will have the same domain name. So if the company's website is   and your contact is not an e-mail that ends with @calik.com then it is fake. Nobody in an established company uses gmail, hotmail, yahoo or any other free e-mail providers. this should always be a warning sign.

Have you actually had personal contact with anyone at the company other than by e-mail. Has somebody from the company telephoned you or have you received any correspondence through the mail? Legitimate job offers aren't given "sight unseen". Usually you're going to get interviewed, whether that is in person, on the telephone or in a video conference. If there's been no contact other than e-mail, be alert to the potential that it's a fraud.

Actually in your case Calik Holdings site has a direct link to their Human Resources Department and a Contact Us link, if you're concerned about the job offer possibly being a scam you should contact them to confirm it. If it isn't a scam they will tell you so, they have no problem with that. If it is a scam they will thank you for reporting it to them. Either way you have then found out you need to know.
