I'm in need of some information which i have not been able to get myself due to language barrier and lack of any information on government sites.

I wish to find out possible cost and procedure for changing a rented accommodation to a commercial for use as potential guest house. I understand different municipalities have different rules but understanding what sort of cost is involved will give us an idea if it's something we can go ahead with.

We were initially considering the B眉y眉k莽ekmece municipality.

I think would be best advice is to go to real estate agents in that town where they rent and sell properties they know how to do it for you and they could find you a rentals at the same time.
