Hi Anna,

Considering you already have a steady job in Amsterdam as a CS supervisor, I would advise you to do a thorough job search before coming over to Izmir.

You can search/post your resume in the JOBS section of the forum (I noticed you have already done that), also it would be beneficial if you directly contact the companies related with your field in Izmir.
