If you ever get an answer, I'd be interested to find out. Posted a similar question in October (I have a French GP diploma but have only ever worked as ER specialist) and have not gotten a reply. :-) I hope to go join my husband (not a doctor) in Abu Dhabi.

Have you looked into the HAAD licensing process? I'm just starting and have asked the regulatory bodies for the required paperwork. I've started studying up again since USMLE is unkown to me. Hope I can pass the exam after the twins are born.
