Best place to relocate in UAE

Hello,

I am trying to apply to several jobs in Dubai, but I know Dubai is a very competitive labour market, so it is not that easy to get one there, what other places of UAE can you recommend me to put an eye on it?

I've hear a lot of Abu Dhabi, lets say, like the second place after Dubai?

I will be relocating with my wife and my children ( 5 and 2.5 years old)
