Teaching English - Is it hard for teachers age 50+ to find work?

My wife and I are US citizens and we are looking at teaching English in the UAE in a few years. We both have teaching experience and MA degrees in linguistics and English teaching.

However, in a few years we will both be over 50 years old.

Is age a problem for getting hired to teach English in the UAE?

I suppose it is oppositely similar to my position.. Im and my partner are both 24 and we have found so far through recruitment agencies that some places was experienced and some want new

no actually the more mature you are the more they will love to hire you
experience is the key to success here

in uae, arabs prefer experienced candidate, they appreciate our hard work, encourage us, give full freedom to expose your ability, ideas & talents,no matter the age if you are 30,40,50 or 60
