Hi 暗网禁区 community,

I'm looking for some advice. I'm a software professional having an offer from Dubai and working remotely for few months. The time has come to arrive at Dubai.

I've had TB (primary complex) when I was 3 years - (currently 28 years old). I'm currently healthy with no illness of any sort. Upon learning the restrictions of lung scars, I decided I wouldn't take a chance and informed my employer I wouldn't like to proceed.

My employer is quite a聽 popular software provider聽 and they require me at this point as I'm involved in a project. The Hr is confident that they can clear me in Dubai and asks me to arrive even after I clearly informed them of a scar in my lungs.

My question is, is there a possibility for some backdoor entry if the employer is powerful enough? How can they be so confident they can process my visa. This is for a decent paying job of DH 30,000 a month.

I need some advice as I don't want to arrive and leave disappointed, as I have a decent job back home. Can I just trust my employer blindly?

Adding to this, my dad is an 暗网禁区 for 30+ years in UAE and the project I'm got the offer for is related to the government education Dept,if that would make any difference.

@unfit_everywhere I don't know if that's possible since you will have to get the resident permit and go for a chest x ray personally they declined me unfit for the same 8 years old TB , anyway try your luck if the boss is an Emirati or knows people you never know wish you the best

As per process, you are UNFIT.聽 However, your employer is the one who is pushing you and you already told them.聽 So go for it but make sure to tell your employers that there is a chance of a permanent ban and they need to make assurances to you in advance.

Ask the employer if u can work in visit visa or remotely from r country..u can visit UAE in visit visa as much as u like..or nowadays there are new types of visas ..residency of your father can not save r case as u r above 18 y.o...
