Does any one know where I can find 9v or higher battery pack for remote control car or similar. It's not for a rc but I need the same power source. In Abu dhabi would be preferable

Hi Brett78,
9v batteries are fairly common and you should be able to pick this up in most shops. I personally haven't seen a battery higher than 9v. You may find this type of battery in electronic shops, possibly? May be others in your region could help/advise you ?
Please do let me know if you come across a 12v battery as i'd like to see what dimensions it has.

Thanks for your reply j, the battery I'm after isn't the standard 9v battery. It's about 6 rechargeable AA batteries in line, shrink wrapped with the power connector. Commonly used in RC cars.

Try some of the smaller electrical stores on Elektra Street (Tourist Club end). Failing that, Computer Plaza in Dur Dubai.
