Proof of residency/ certificate of residency

Helloo guys,

Can anyone help me where i can get the proof of address/Proof of residency. Cause one of the requirements for marriage in belgium. I am currently聽 staying here in聽 al ain聽 as a bed space.

I am not sure about Belgium requirements but whenever international countries ask for proof of residence, whether for immigration or financial purposes, usually what works is (you need 2 items as proof usually):

Electricity or landline bill in your name showing address (mobile bill not acceptable)
Driving license with address on it
Rental contract in your name
Property in your name
