usually there are 2 ways of clearing visa fines. one is to pay the fine at Immigration department but if the fine is very heavy then you have to file a request in Immigration court. The court will give u date to present ur case in front of a judge and after few questions about the delay the judge will reduce the fine. In most cases the fine people have to pay is not more than 1000 dirhams.

you will have to go to the immigration department or better yet you can check online on the site and check for yourself or you can email the staff , have done this last time when i was transferring employment i receive my email reply for my inquiry
