Medical Ban on Wife From Abu Dhabi

Hi guys,

My wife was deported on employment visa in abu dhabi due to medical Fitness test found scar on her lungs from old tb.

Later i approached ministry of health and they said bring marriage certificate and we will remove ban sponsor her on spouse visa.

They gave me letter no. Sent to imigration,

I visited imigration they gave me letter no. Forwarded to Federal imigration and then i visited federal imigration they gave me letter no. Forwarded to foreign violators section in shahama and officer said go there they will remove eye scan and apply visa.

Now its two years i am struggling with foreign violators section Shahamah they always kept me waiting and says come back after week. Anyone can help?

Hi, sorry to hear your news. But did you receive any good news please? My wifr got medical unfit for her employment visa recently and I am finding the ways for her to apply family visa under my sponsor. Thanks in advance.

@Sky87 yes you can sponsor her then she will get treatment under you sponsorship fit follow up certificate.

Thanks for your reply brother. Now my wife may have to leave from UAE next week as she got Unfit medical for her employment visa. We are recently moved to Dubai, on July 2024. I am eligible to apply family visa for her.

I really don't know what have to do next, in addition one year old baby is with me now. Could you guide me how to lift the ban and what the process to bring my wife with family visa after she leave from UAE, please? Thanks in advance.
