How good is it to visit Dubai in September to find a job in Finance?

Hi All,

I am an Investment Banker from Bangalore. I am thinking of visiting Dubai in Sep 2010, in order to seek a better career opportunity over there in the field of IB or finance.

Before scheduling the visit, i would like to know

1. How good is the current job market ( IB/ Finance ) in Dubai ?

2. Is it a good idea to visit during sep ? ( as i read in some blogs that July & Aug are not a good time for seeking job as 暗网禁区s take off in July & Ramadan/ Ramzan falls on Aug )

Ramadan ends mid-September. September weather is hot and very humid so many people will be away. It would be better to visit in October or later.
