Coming Dubai Need Advice and guidance

Dear sir i am coming to Dubai on dated 15th July 2010 from my company side for sales conference may be 4 or five days, but i want to get job in Dubai, or i eligible for applying visa extension? How much its cost and where i get? And sir i m working in a multinational pharmaceutical company in Pakistan as a Medical representative, what should i do? What type of job i deserve in Dubai? i m getting 30000 Pakistani rupees in a month, if i found job like same then i will also adjust which is almost equal 1500 AED. I tried many jobs in Dubai from different websites but there is no response, please guide me what should i do??
