Hi there

How genuine are the products on souq.com.??
has anyone had a bitter experience on this site.?

My colleague bought an external HDD and an android device from Souq, the android device turned out to be bad but the HDD is working fine. All I've bought is a book, a RAM for my laptop and a HDD and I have not had any problem with it so far. It's been 5 months now.

So far, i havent faced any issues with products purchased in Souq.

The only concern is, they charge delivery cost for every single product in single checkout, even if you buy from same Seller.

For example if you buy one HDD and Pendrive from same seller, still they charge AED 12 for HDD and AED 12 for pen drive separately for delivery.

Souq it consider one of the best online shopping site, that there are always alternatives sites they have the same Idea, and If you look and compare for whatever the products that you're planning to buy so that at least you get the best deal out there.
