Help!! Sharjah, Fujairah or Ajman?

Hi,

I'm in the process of looking at where to live in the UAE and really want to hear from people that have lived in聽 Sharjah, Fujairah and Ajman.

I have recently accepted a teaching role and need to submit where I want to live. Which one of these places are the best pick??

I heard Sharjah is conjested and getting expensive?

I can't seem to find much info on Ajman

Fujairah seems very quiet and out of the way??

Things I'm looking for:
I don't mind being away from Dubai
I don't mind things been quieter but would like access to shopping malls and grocery stores
I want to be near restaurants and activities etc.
Beach access would be great
Would like to spend up to 45,000AED on a one bed property of reasonable quality
Access to taxis

Anyone can help???
