For visa information, seems your best source of information would be the local Canadian Embassy.聽 You always have a stronger shot if you already have a job offer I imagine, you could try search engines such as Monster.ca.聽 For University recognition I would contact Universities in Canada, or Professional organisations, such as the Canadian Medical Association.聽 Universities that have graduate schools in your field are more likely to be knowledgable about what would be required for degree recognition if anything.
