Legitimate and Illegitimate

JasfurJQ

My dad and his mistress went to canada with his 3 kids for migration. Before he left he agreed and declared that he does'nt have any family left in Philippines. He only told us when his trying to take my elder sister to be with him. Now he can never take one of us because of this agreement. We are the legitimate and the hard part is we bacame the illigitimate. My mom and dad are still legal no legal seperation even my dad is already living in canada.

     Questions....

Am I going to have some difficulties if I'm going to canada dependently?
Thus my mom still have rights even they are living seperately for so long and far from one another?

the 1st time I heard I almost curse him but still I understood him cause I love him most, if this happened to any one of you, you might cursed your dad for abondoning your family. :(

Hi Emman,

PM me about your situation, I think I can give you information that will help you sort this out with Canada Customs & Immigration. If your father is a permanent resident of Canada, it doesn't matter WHAT he told them when he entered the country or applied for his residency. With your birth certificate, copy of your parents' marriage certificate you can prove your legitimacy and obtain all the legal rights that attach.

My friend.... why didn't you ask me about this long ago???

@ maxtiger1 -> Hello :) You should create a new topic on the Canada Forum. It would be better in order to get better responses and guidance from the other members.

Thanks.
