Perhaps the Canadian immigration authorities have a list of lawyers.

Unfortunately there is NO reliable source for good immigration lawyers and agents in Canada.

There is a national self-regulatory body called Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) which supposedly serves and protects the public by overseeing all licensed immigration lawyers and agents.

Ironically, the ICCRC itself has been recently subject to multiple allegations of mismanagement, misconduct, and poor governance. There have been strong calls for the government to disband the ICCRC and directly regulate the industry instead.
