Yes you can choose a school that no need for IELTS,  but you need to provide a certificate from your school that you used English as a medium of communication.

You can check school from Atlantic Region  and here's the
List of school that does not require IELTS

The list were shared information and other where searched from the school website. The accuracy of the school is not 100% so it's best to still contact the school
