We are looking for someone (or people) interested in performing caretaker tasks in lieu of paying rent to live on our undeveloped oceanfront 16 acre property.聽 Just Only 3 hours from the Border.聽 Pull up your RV and go fishing, swimming and/or surfing.聽 We require no less than a two year commitment living along the ocean and off the grid.聽 No manual labor is required - just oversee and co-ordinate projects and be our ambassador with the wonderful folks in the little towns near the property.聽 Fluency in Spanish is a plus.聽 If interested email us at XXX
