Hi,
I am living and working in Atlanta, GA. Being from Germany I learned so many things about the nature, its plants, animals, cultural events and history of the beautiful Southern States. To share all that knowledge I started writing as a hobby and published a private non-profit online magazine with lots of information that I came across and that might be interesting or helpful for newbies in the US. It is called "Atlanta °µÍø½ûÇø Magazine".
Please not that this project is purely private and that I only write parallel to my business, therefore publishing cycles differ qute. But please, if you have any ideas or topics you think that are interesting please email me. I will include them in my upcoming issues if I can...
Thx Caroline

How do you change typos in this forum? seems I was too quick.... Thx.
Welcome to the forum. I like your idea of a magazine. I wish you luck with it.
To correct typos after you post for a short time if you go to your posting there is an "edit" tab. Click on it and you can edit your post.
Bob K
Thx, Bob. Well, for some reason I guess I have to live with my typos - it says if I click on the edit tab that the site is not available any more But thx
Caroline
PS Any ideas on topics, stories or pictures for Atlanta °µÍø½ûÇø Magazine are welcome
I have the idea to write about crocodile hunting and snapping turtles in the next issue and still search for Floridians with pictures...

Hi all,
My name is Charlotte and I'm 22 years old. I have a wish to relocate from the UK to Miami.
Im struggling to figure out where to start to make my wish come true. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
I have heard of schemes where you can get a job that includes somewhere to live so that when you travel over you have a job and a roof over your head. Only problem is i have no idea where to find such things!
Can anyone shed any light for me?
Welcome to the forum. I cannot help in this particular quest but did you post this in the Miami forum?
Good luck
Bob K

Good evening everyone, well it sounds it is the right place to start with.
I live in the UK and I would like to comoe on vacation to the USA but it would be more interesting knowing already a few people there to meet when I will come down. I like the southern states for their country music and "relax" pace of life (I know not very objective...hehe).
So I 'm not sure where to go on vacation but I would like to understand the american culture better and meet as many nice people as possible to share drinks, nice conversations and time out :-)
