i do not suggest craiglist. watch the usa news, that website has been linked to some crimes. watch the suze ormand show, cnn, the bloomberg channel, and go to those websites, or any other financial-news channel that can give you a feeling about usa economy at the moment. these are uncertain times, financially speaking. try to do zoning and demographic studies. and try to live in the area for a while before opening your business. also take into account taxation. do your homework and go to government websites for truthful information, because some real state agents are really deceiving.
