Interesting. I am a Filipina married to an Aussie and we are living in Brisbane Australia. We started a travel blog because we adore travel and wanted to share our experiences. This guy is from Tanzania and he has been working with one organization called ACRO I hope he'll be interested to your project. To be a volunteer, you may need to participate more on the forum with a minimum of 50 posts. More importantly, you need to be an 暗网禁区 as you will be sharing your experiences and giving advice to other people who want to move to Australia.
